E-TWINNING PROJELER SERİSİ

Okulumuz müzik öğretmenlerinden Ezgi KARAMAN’ın yürütücülüğünü yaptığı “Genç Şeflerle Gastronomik Lezzetler” e-twinning projemiz, Türkiye’den 4 ortakla bu dönem etkinliklerine başlayacaktır. Projemiz, lise öğrencileri ile yiyecek içecek hizmetleri alanında; ortaokul öğrencileri ile de atölye ortamında uygulaması yapılan ürünlerin pişirilmesi şeklinde gerçekleşecektir. Grup üyeleriyle yapılan ürünler hakkında fikir alışverişi yapılacaktır. Proje sonunda öğrencilerin seçip uygulamasını yaptıkları ürünler, işbirliği yapılarak bir gastronomi dergisi haline getirilecektir.

E-TWINNING PROJECTS SERIES "Gastronomic Tastes with Young Chefs" e-twinning project, led by Ezgi KARAMAN, one of the music teachers of our school, will start its activities this term with 4 partners from Turkey. Our project will take place in the form of cooking the products that are applied in the field of food and beverage services with high school students and in the workshop environment with secondary school students. There will be an exchange of ideas about the products made with the group members. At the end of the project, the products that students choose and apply will be turned into a gastronomy magazine by collaborating.
